  • Heavenly Mountain Resort
    Distance: Walking Distance! - 0.2 miles
    Located just steps from Harrah's, Heavenly offers breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and over 4,800 acres of skiable terrain. Access the slopes via the Heavenly Gondola in Heavenly Village which is walkable or access the California lodge via the free shuttle.
  • Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort
    Distance: 16 miles
    Situated 16 miles from Harrah's, Sierra-at-Tahoe provides a family-friendly atmosphere with 2,000 acres of terrain, 14 lifts, and 47 trails, catering to all skill levels. The resort is known for its laid-back vibe and excellent tree skiing.
  • Kirkwood Mountain Resort

The event attracts young professionals who are active and like to have fun. While many come from across California, others travel from across the country.

Yes, we have group discount and also group celebration packages available. The minimum group size is 8 or 10. The group eligible for the discount MUST be defined and have a group leader. Please visit the Groups Page for details.

No. However your wristband is transferable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may give your wristband to someone else. All we ask is that you inform us of who will be taking your place and you have them contact us. Hotel and transportation will follow rules set by your chosen providers.

Skis/Snowboards (also available for rental on the Mountain); Waterproof shoes; Gloves, Hats and Scarves; A Heavy Coat; Snow-Wear (ski pants, thermal shirt, sweaters/sweatshirts, snow socks, etc); Sunglasses/Shades (if the sun reflects off the snow, it is very bright); Sunscreen (if you are not properly covered, the sun reflecting off the snow can cause sunburn) Party Attire; Anything else that you can think of.
