HOTEL FAQs

Staying at Harrah’s or Caesars Republic (formerly Harvey’s) means you’re in the center of it all—steps away from official events, ski shuttles, the gondola, and the party scene. One of the biggest perks? The two hotels are connected by an underground hallway, so you can go from one to the other without stepping outside—a major bonus during cold nights or late-night events. Plus, it makes wristband pickup, meetups, and spontaneous turn-ups that much easier.

Both hotels are cnvenient options so it comes down to preference. Harrah’s features two full bathrooms in every room, which is a game-changer if you’re sharing. It also hosts more of the weekend’s latenight events, making it a top pick for those who want to be closest to the party. Caesars Republic offers a newly renovated experience with modern finishes, elevated dining options and easy access to everything happening throughout the weekend.

Parking is available at the host hotels and some event venues. Parking may be limited or reqire a daily or hourly fee. Be sure to check individual venue's parking policy in advance. If you're driving up, we highly recommend carpooling or using the Blackout Party Bus or shuttle options to avoid the hassle.

You’ll receive a booking link or code after purchasing your Blackout Weekend package. Rooms must be booked directly through the provided links to access exclusive rates.

You can still attend all Blackout Weekend events with a valid wristband, but you’ll miss out on the convenience of being walking distance to everything. If you're offsite, you’ll need to plan your own transportation—and parking near events is very limited. Staying at a host hotel makes it much easier to bounce between events, connect with other attendees, and enjoy the weekend to the fullest.

If you missed the booking deadline or rooms at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic under the blackout rate are sold out, you may still be able to book directly through the hotel at regular rates—just know that prices may be higher and availability limited. Rooms at our host hotels usually sell out early, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. Closer to the event, we sometimes share links to recommended nearby properties for those still looking to stay close to the action. Keep an eye on your email and the event app for updates.
