Acceptance of Terms

By using the BLACKOUT WEEKEND event app, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms.

Terms and Conditions

Payments, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for event tickets and activities are non-refundable.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets and snow activity passes can be transferred to a third party if the request is made in writing by February 15, 2025. Transfer requests submitted after this date will be subject to availability and a $50 transfer fee. All transfers must be completed by February 27, 2025.
• Transfer requests must include the full name, email, and phone number of the recipient. The original ticket holder is responsible for finding the recipient.

Payment Plan Terms

• A $15 processing fee applies to each payment under the payment plan option.
• Payment plans must be paid in full by February 1, 2025. Failure to complete the balance by this date will result in forfeiture of reserved space and any deposits.
• Payment plans are not transferable until the balance has been paid in full.

Convenience Fee

A non-refundable convenience fee will be applied to all orders. This fee will appear on your receipt at checkout. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this fee.

Agreement and Release

By participating in BLACKOUT WEEKEND from March 6-9, 2025, hosted by BlackNLA, you agree to the following:

Transportation Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. BLACKOUT WEEKEND is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by third-party transportation services.

Party Bus Disclaimer

Transportation services provided during the event are offered by third-party carriers. BLACKOUT WEEKEND is not responsible for delays, service issues, or additional costs incurred due to these services.

Medical Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for handling and covering any medical issues, including illness or injury, during the event.

Loss or Damage

BLACKOUT WEEKEND is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings during the event, including those caused by third-party transportation or accommodations.

Behavioral Policy

BLACKOUT WEEKEND reserves the right to confiscate event wristbands and deny entry without refund to attendees who display inappropriate behavior.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond BLACKOUT WEEKEND’s control, only unused fees will be refunded. Non-refundable fees include payments for transportation, lodging, vendor services, and other pre-paid expenses.

Event Alterations

BLACKOUT WEEKEND reserves the right to change or cancel events, venues, or schedules without prior notice.

Activity Waiver

Snow and ski activities involve inherent risks. Attendees agree to release BLACKOUT WEEKEND from any liability for injuries, accidents, or fatalities resulting from participation.

Photo & Video Release

Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes. To request removal of your image, contact us at blackout@blackoutweekend.com.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data.

Personal Information

• BLACKOUT WEEKEND does not share, sell, or disclose your personal information (e.g., name, address, email) to unaffiliated third parties.
