THURSDAY – MARCH 14th

• Event Registration 7:00 pm – 10pm – Harvey’s 12th Floor
• Comedy Show Game Night 7:00pm – 10:00pm  -Harvey’s 12th Floor
• Comedy Show and game night.
• JUST ADDED After Party @ X-Hale 10:00pm – 1:00am
• Join us at our early bird Kick Off Party Thursday night – Be prepared to party with music from the 90s to now.  X-Hale will have Hookah available for purchase. 27 Highway 50, Stateline, NV 4 minute walk from Harvey's and Harrah's. Located between Harrah's and CVS.

FRIDAY – MARCH 15th

• Snow Day 8:00am – 4:00pm 
• Take in a snow adventure at Heavenly Mountain, Ski, Board or Tube. Attendees also can check out Tahoe’s other activities including; snowmobile, ice skating, carriage rides, shopping, spas, casinos and more
• BlackOut Registration 5:30pm – 8:00pm – Harrah’s 16th Floor
• Official registration opens on Harrah’s 16th Floor. Pick up your event wristband and registration packets. 15 Highway 50, Stateline, NV
• Meet & Greet 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Harrah’s 16th Floor
• Guests participate in an ice breaker called Nuts & Bolts and are encouraged to meet fellow attendees of BlackOut Weekend.  Each attendee is given a nut or bolt and they are then tasked with finding their match. Enjoy a variety of complementary appetizers, cash bar and a DJ to start the festivities.
• Cliché Cigar Lounge: Sip & Smoke 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm – Harrah’s 16th Floor
• Located on the 16th Floor and across from the Summit Room is Cliché Lake Tahoe's most elegant and exciting cocktail lounge and cigar bar.
• AFTR DRK Silent Pajama Party 10:00pm – 2:00am - Harvey's Emerald Ballroom
• Make sure to check out our social media stations & strike a pose, winners for best onesies, theme and group. We have a limited number of Bed-Banas and Tables available for reservation.

SATURDAY – MARCH 16th

• Rise & Grind 7:00am – 7:45 am – Harrah’s Convention Level Tahoe D&C
• Join us to jump start your day. If you hit the slopes on Friday this is your chance to stretch out those muscles, for those that are getting ready to hit the slopes on Saturday warm up and stretch your muscles. 
• Snow Day 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Take in a snow adventure at Heavenly Mountain, Ski, Board or Tube. Attendees also can check out Tahoe’s other activities including; snowmobile, ice skating, carriage rides, shopping, spas, casinos and more.
• BlackOut Snowboarding Lesson 9:00am California Lodge. Take the BlueGO shuttle stop to California Lodge.
• BlackOut Heavenly Lunch & Day Party 12:00pm – 4:00pm – California Lodge
• Attendees take a break from snow activities for a Day Party. In addition to music from our featured DJ, group and board games are also available. Cocktails and lunch available for purchase. Take the BlueGO shuttle stop to California Lodge give yourself at least 30 minutes due to stops. Skier and Boarders follow the trail map for directions to California Lodge.
• ICE @ Club PEEK 10:00pm – 3:00am. Break out your best club wear and party the night away. Table/bottle service starts at $400++ (with tax & service will come out to approx. $500) if interested let us know. PEEK is located inside Harrah’s Hotel & Casino

SUNDAY – MARCH 17th

• Brunch Meet Up group check in 12:00pm – 12:30pm – Harrah’s 18th Floor(additional cost $25.99)
• Meet up with fellow attendees for brunch at the Forest Buffet on the 18th floor of Harrah’s Hotel & Casino.
