Terms and Conditions

Payments, Refunds, and Exchanges

All payments are non-refundable. However, event tickets & snow activities are transferable to a third party if the request is made in writing by February 15, 2026. Any transfer requests made after this date will be based on availability and subject to a $50 transfer fee. All transfers must be made before February 27, 2026. You are responsible for finding the person to transfer your tickets to. Transfer requests must include the full name, email, and phone number of the new ticket holder.

Payment Plan

A $15 processing fee will be applied to each payment for those using the payment plan option.

If the full balance including fees is not paid by February 1, 2026, your reserved space and deposit payments will be forfeited.

Payment plan packages are not transferable until fully paid.

Convenience Fee

A non-refundable convenience fee will be charged and will appear on your receipt. The total amount is shown at checkout.

Blackout Weekend Agreement and Release

  1. You are responsible for your own transportation. Blackout Weekend is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations.
  2. Party bus transportation is handled by third-party carriers. Blackout Weekend is not liable for issues caused by these carriers.
  3. Attendees are responsible for managing their own health issues, injuries, or costs related to either.
  4. Blackout Weekend is not liable for lost or damaged property, even in transportation arranged through the event.
  5. Unbecoming behavior or misuse of wristbands may result in expulsion from the event with no refund.
  6. If the event is canceled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, only unused fees may be refunded.
  7. Blackout Weekend may change or cancel events or venues at any time without prior notice.
  8. Snow activities are inherently risky. You participate at your own risk and waive liability for injury or death.
  9. Photos and videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes. To request removal of an image, email blackout@blackoutweekend.com.

Additional Terms and Conditions

BlackNLA dba Blackout Weekend acts as an intermediary for third-party providers and is not liable for their actions, quality of service, or any damages. Retaining your ticket implies consent to these terms. Blackout Weekend is not responsible for disruptions beyond its control such as weather, war, or labor issues.

These terms and conditions are binding and agreeing to them is equivalent to a digital signature.

Blackout Weekend Code of Conduct

Blackout Weekend is committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for all attendees. By attending, participants agree to the following guidelines.

1. Wristbands

Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands will not be replaced or honored. Event staff reserves the right to cut wristbands and deny entry at their discretion. Loose or tampered wristbands may be considered invalid. Wristband sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the event for all involved parties.

2. Prohibited Behavior

Professional Photography & Videography

Professional recording, photographing, or videoing at the event is prohibited without prior written permission from Blackout Weekend organizers.

Marketing, Brand Promotion, or Promotional Activity

No marketing, advertising, solicitation, or promotion of products or services of any kind is permitted at any Blackout Weekend event or venue without prior written permission from Blackout Weekend organizers.

Substance Use

The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Cannabis use is strictly prohibited at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic by the Nevada Gaming Commission. Use may result in expulsion from the event or hotel.

Drunkenness & Disorderly Conduct

Drunk, disorderly, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Harmful Actions

Any action that causes harm or threatens the safety of staff or attendees will result in immediate removal and a permanent ban from future events.

Weapons

No weapons, including firearms, knives, or other dangerous objects, are allowed at the event.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited inside any Blackout Weekend venue:

  • Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, tasers, pepper spray, etc.)
  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
  • Outside alcohol or beverages
  • Outside food (unless explicitly permitted)
  • Glass containers
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional camera or recording equipment (unless authorized)
  • Drones or other aerial devices
  • Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases (unless allowed per venue rules)
  • Coolers or ice chests
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, or personal motorized vehicles
  • Fireworks, explosives, or flammable items
  • Large signs, flags, or banners
  • Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by event security

All bags and personal items are subject to search upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated, and attendees may be denied entry without a refund.

4. Respect for Venue & Staff

Respect the venue and its property. Intentional damage will result in removal and possible financial liability. Follow all instructions from event staff and security at all times.

5. Attire

Dress appropriately for the event. Clothing that displays offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language, imagery, or symbols is prohibited.

6. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas. Smoking policies vary by venue and should be confirmed directly with the venue. Cannabis smoking is prohibited at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic by the Nevada Gaming Commission.

7. No Unauthorized Re-Entry

Re-entry is only permitted with proper credentials and at the discretion of event staff.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals, subject to venue approval.

9. Harassment-Free Environment

Blackout Weekend has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior. Any form of harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status will result in immediate removal.

10. Compliance with Laws & Policies

Attendees must comply with all local laws, venue regulations, and event-specific policies.

11. Venue-Specific Rules

Additional venue-specific rules may apply and must be followed by all attendees.

12. Consent to Photography & Video

By entering any Blackout Weekend event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by Blackout Weekend and its partners.

These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing, and advertising. You grant Blackout Weekend full rights to use your likeness without compensation or approval.

Ejection & Future Bans

If you are ejected from any Blackout Weekend event for misconduct, you may be banned from future events. No refunds will be issued for removal due to violations of this Code of Conduct.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Website Terms of Use

Blackout Weekend is not liable for damages from the use of this site or any third-party links. We reserve the right to modify any part of the website at any time without notice.

We use encryption, firewalls, and other technologies to secure your personal information.

Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information. If we decide to share your data with third parties in the future, we will notify you first and allow you to opt out.

Termination

We may terminate access to the website or services at any time with notice. After termination, all usage rights are revoked.

Internet Abuse

Internet abuse is prohibited, including spamming, mass mailing, off-topic posts, and violating the CAN-SPAM Act.
